How do I book a class / purchase my ticket?
- Just send us an email and we will get back to you with a booking confirmation and all necessary details. Payment is possible through bank transfer or Paypal.
What does the ticket price include?
The ticket price includes workshop fee, soft drinks, coffee/tea, and small snacks during coffee breaks. The ticket price does not cover any materials, travel or accommodation.
Is VAT being charged on my ticket?
All ticket prices mentioned on this site include VAT of 20%. VAT is applicable because the ‘Place of Supply’ is where the ‘Event’ is actually taking place. This means that VAT must be charged at the applicable rate where the event occurs.
Do I get an invoice?
Of course. After we receive your booking request, we will send you a booking confirmation and an invoice. Please check your spam folder as well and contact us again in case you don't hear from us within a few hours!
The class I would like to attend is already fully booked. Is there a waiting list?
Yes, there is. Please contact us if you would like to be added to the waiting list for a particular masterclass. In case someone has to cancel their participation, we will contact people on the waiting list in chronological order.
I really want to attend a particular class, but I am not completely sure yet if I can take part. Can I make a reservation?
Actually, you can. Please contact us if you´re really interested in a class and need a little more time to organize your booking. We will be happy to help.
The required skill level for my class says intermediate or professional level and I am not sure if I meet the qualifications. How do I know?
Contact us before booking. Feel free to send us your portfolio upfront and we will check back with the tutor. We want to make sure that you get the most out of the workshop, and that everyone is happy!
What is the address of the venue?
Our workshops take place in Vienna, Austria. Depending on the workshop, classes will take place in different locations. You will receive the address of the actual venue right after registration. All venues are easy to reach with public means of transport.
What are the workshop hours?
Usually, workshop hours are from 10am to 7pm, with one hour lunch break and a tea/coffee break in the late afternoon. On the last day, the workshop ends around 5pm.
What if I have to cancel?
Please note that sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. We recommend to take out a travel insurance policy to cover cancellation in case you are unable to come. Nevertheless, tickets can be transferred to another attendee. If the workshop is fully booked, there might be a chance that we have a waiting list open. In this case, we offer to organize the ticket transfer to a person on that list.
